1. The object of the Service
We offer advisory services/consulting through sessions previously scheduled. All information provided on this site is for informational purposes and does not constitute legal or tax directly unless you hire expressly.
2. Reservations and Payments
- All the sessions should be paid at least 48 hours before the date and time selected.
- Reservations that have not been paid for within that time will be re-scheduled automatically or cancelled without prior notice.
- The payment of the services is done through our secure gateway (Stripe, PayPal or other indicated on the site).
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- You can cancel or modify your reservation with at least 24 hours in advance to get a full refund or reschedule without cost.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours or non-attendance to the session are considered sessions used and are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session in exceptional circumstances (e.g. force majeure).
4. Intellectual Property
All site content, including text, images, logos, and downloadable documents, are the property of [Your name or company] and may not be reused without consent.
5. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
